How much do Oticon hearing aids cost?
We often get asked "can't I just get my hearing aids at the megamart store down the block?" or "I just want the cheapest hearing aids possible."
As a professional audiologist clinic, we don't deal in "cheap" products, but the good news is that we do provide affordable hearing aids. And remember - cheap doesn't always get the job done. Your ears and hearing comfort are worth more than just a good price. We're talking about your hearing and everyday life conversations, television and media, professional interactions, and more. It's important that you hear well...
We've heard the analogy of listening to an AM radio on a tinny transistor radio, versus a high-end surround sound system. Which would you rather listen to every day for the next 5 years?
Most hearing aids we represent range from $750 to $3000 per aid, before any insurance benefits or discounts. The amount you invest on a hearing aid generally depends on performance preference and your lifestyle.
Sometimes those megamart stores carry a brand or two that we do, but usually, even their top models can’t outperform our entry level hearing aids at the same price. So, for the same price, why bother getting inferior performance?
And of course, ear care and hearing is our specialty! We’re highly trained to spot ear diseases and symptoms that the other stores can't, and we’ve invested in state-of-the-art technology to take the very best care of your ears.
This doesn’t even account for our level of service (which most retail outlets don’t have). It's a process and a relationship that includes fine tunings, follow up visits, adjustments, annual testings, and warranties. This level of service is something that OTC hearing aids (over the counter hearing aids) usually don’t offer.
If your hearing is important to you, you owe it to yourself to go with the experience and professional care of the specialists at The Tinnitus & Hearing Center of Arizona.
